Yes. You bring the boards, laminate or acrylic; we cut, paste, cold press and edge-band them at our factory in Greater Noida. Use the calculator above to see your cost.
For one HDHMR / plain board: cutting ₹500 + double-side pasting ₹200 + our Fevicol both sides ₹250 + cold pressing ₹50 + loading and unloading ₹10 + 0.8 mm edge tape free = ₹1,010 per board (₹760 if you bring your own glue). With 1.3 mm tape add ₹100, with 2 mm tape add ₹150. Example: 65 boards = ₹65,650. Type your board count in the calculator for your exact total.
HDHMR, BSB, plain, Sunmica and prelam boards (₹500 per board), acrylic boards (₹600) and 6 mm boards (₹250). One board = 8 ft × 4 ft.
You choose. Our Fevicol for laminate is ₹125 per side and our Probond for acrylic is ₹300 per side. If you bring your own glue, glue costs ₹0. Buying glue from us loose: Fevicol ₹125 per kg, Probond ₹400 per kg. Pressing (₹50) is counted once for every pasted board.
Yes — we make it for ₹40 per board, and print it for ₹20 per board. Or make it free on our wardrobe software (link below) and send it to us — we check it and confirm it before cutting. Or bring your own cutting list print.
